Beautiful place to stay ... nice owners ... I will always come back to stay.
Very dated motel and overpriced. Exposed holes where TV arials go through. Looks very untidy. Peeling paint. Tiny bathroom. Very tight parking. Only positives were clean sheets. Would not stay again nor can I recommend.
Had to stay in the Barossa for a few days and couldn't get into the Vine Inn. The owners of the Gateway were lovely and very friendly. Unfortunately the room we had was very old and dated. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly. Apparently some of the rooms are being renovated - they sure need it.
Very ordinary motel. Supposed to be three star motel. More like a poor two star. Does the purpose though. Needs a bit of TLC and decent clean.
This is a 3 star motel so is not ultra modern but it is spotlessly clean and run by the loveliest young couple. Nothing is too much trouble. It deserves 5 stars for that alone. They are gradually making improvements to the rooms. The breakfast was excellent. We have booked to come back again next year. Diana and Steve.
