Was nice and happy and always had perfect 3mth Inspection's, Said we kept the place immaculate, was extremely happy with us as tenants, I did do a tiny amount of damage to a toilet hand basin & happy to pay for damage when we left the property, When we did leave she completely turned on us wanted most of our bond! Yet she did nothing to find out why our electricity bill every quarter was over $2500!! The owners friends did a lot of the electrical work in the house ( 3petras street Tanunda) and the bills was over the top, I even had an audit done and it had something to do with that house, she could careless, I was quite surprised the total turn around in her attitude toward us when we leftI WOULDN'T RECOMMEND Being a tenant or Customer!! She will turn on you!Very Disappointed!!!
No contact from Julie through my contracted time unless I contacted her.. 4 viewers in six months . When I discharged her services and asked for my keys to be returned. HER RESPONSE WAS COME AND GET THEM. I not received my keys back. I had paid 70.00 per fortnight. I was then presented with a $1600 bill put into debt collection . The debt collector (Indebted) are now asking me to tell them how much I have paid them. REALLY.... Think carefully before dealing with Julie Toth Real Estate. In fact in my opinion look hard and be careful of who you deal with
