Was told by salesman item would recieve a cashback Visa voucher if purchased. Sticker was on item. Received a 5% discount because I had to take floor stock. Manager very unhelpful. Apparently I should read the fine print and not trust his sales team.Employ sales people older than 17! Won't shop there again! Terrible customer service.
I wanted to shop local. Furthermore appliances online where $380 cheaper for the same fridge. I thought buying locally, the after sales service would be better than an internet based store...Just save your money and buy online!
Staff had great knowledge of products
As a share holder of the Coop, I am embarrassed with Nuriootpa's Betta Electrical - service is disgraceful - the staff who work there are rude and don't care about customers. There product lines never match up with their advertised lines. I suggest either get a new manager who I'd customer focused or contract to a better retail outlet Enough is enough. Very disappointed.
